Vascular ultrasound assessment is available onsite as an adjunct to specialist consultation and clinical decision making. This forms an important part of comprehensive vascular assessment and ongoing management for many conditions.
It is a highly accurate, non-invasive diagnostic test which provides real-time information about blood flow and vessel structure without the use of radiation.

Studies are performed in accordance with recognised Australian and international standards and interpreted in the context of the patient’s clinical presentation.
Ultrasound assessment with doppler-enabled machines, in conjunction with specialist vascular sonographer and vascular surgeon assessment, assists in diagnosis, treatment planning and ongoing surveillance where appropriate.
